School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP of CFY) job in Allentown, PA

Location: Allentown, PA
Schedule: Full-Time (35 hours/week)
Duration: Full 20252026 School Year

About the Role:
Were seeking a passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to support an elementary caseload in a school setting. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where student growth and communication success are the priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs

• Deliver individual and group therapy to support articulation, comprehension, and social communication

• Follow and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school teams

• Keep thorough records of therapy sessions, student progress, and documentation for IEPs

• Attend team meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience with AAC, PROMPT, or social communication therapy (preferred)

• Familiarity with school-based practices and IEP documentation

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• CFYs are encouraged to apply supervision provided
