Location: Near Cooperstown, NY | 20252026 School Year

Were hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language support to students with diverse needs in a supportive, collaborative educational setting.

New graduates are welcome Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply!

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite position for the full 20252026 academic year

• Caseload specifics to be discussed during the interview

• School-day schedule with consistent weekly hours

What Youll Do:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication challenges

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs

• Provide therapy in individual and small group settings

• Work closely with educators, families, and support staff to coordinate student care

• Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and service delivery

• Participate in meetings and share insights on student growth and next steps

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid New York SLP license (or eligibility)

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
