School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Contract

Soliant Education is partnering with a school district in the Syracuse area to bring on a passionate, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SLP whos ready to make a daily difference in students' lives while being part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and student success.

About the Role:
As a school-based SLP, youll be delivering essential speech and language services to students across various grade levels. From assessments to intervention and IEP collaboration, your role will be central in helping students build the communication skills they need to thriveboth academically and socially.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments of speech, language, and communication needs

• Creating customized therapy plans that meet each students goals

• Delivering direct therapy in individual and small group settings

• Collaborating with teachers and staff to integrate communication strategies in the classroom

• Meeting with families to provide guidance and updates on student progress

• Participating in IEP development and implementation

What Youll Need:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field

• Active New York state SLP licensure or certification

• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, but strong clinical skills and a passion for education are key

• Proficiency in documentation, assessment tools, and treatment planning
