Speech Language Pathologist SLP of CFY Needed in Allentown PA

Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY)
Location: Allentown, PA

Ready to secure your spot for the upcoming school year? Were looking for a motivated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologistor Clinical Fellow (CFY)to join our team in a school-based role supporting elementary students.

Position Overview:

• Full-time (35 hours per week)

• Elementary school caseload

• School-based setting

• Position runs for the entire 20252026 school year

• School-based experience preferred but not required

What Youll Do:

• Assist in conducting speech and language assessments to identify each students strengths and areas to grow

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions targeting articulation, language comprehension, and communication skills

• Implement treatment plans developed by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists

• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide well-rounded support

• Keep detailed, up-to-date records of therapy sessions, progress, and treatment plans

• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development to stay current with best practices

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required

• Active Pennsylvania SLP license required

• Experience working with school-aged children with speech and language disorders is preferred

• Familiarity with a range of treatment methods, including AAC, PROMPT, and social communication interventions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork with educators, parents, and healthcare providers

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and prioritize tasks efficiently
