We are currently seeking a committed Speech Language Pathologist to join the Knight Elementary School and Lee Elementary School teams for the upcoming school year. This is a part-time (0.5), permanent position that serves communication classrooms.
License Requirement:
• Must hold a valid, non-provisional Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the state of Oregon's Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

Compensation & Incentives
• $3,500 one-time bilingual (Spanish-English) signing bonus for eligible licensed new hires • Annual SLP stipend: $2,500
• Annual National Board Certification stipend: $1,000
• Annual Doctorate degree stipend: $1,000 • SLPs are automatically placed on the MA+42 column at the step corresponding to their years of experience

• Licensed insurance pool may reduce or eliminate your premium

• Monthly opt-out stipend if waiving insurance
Work-Life Balance

• Minimum of 70 minutes of protected prep time daily
• Paid per diem for missed prep time due to student meetings
• Remote work allowed on grading and non-student days
Professional and Personal Growth
• Reimbursement for up to 12 quarter credits/year at PSU rate
• Access to mentorship and instructional coaching
