Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve in a thriving school district in Roanoke, Virginia. What Youll Do:

• Conduct detailed speech and language assessments for students

• Create and implement individualized therapy plans that drive measurable progress

• Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to support student success

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation to meet compliance standards

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide valuable insights to multidisciplinary teams

What Were Looking For:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain it before starting

• ASHA CCC certification preferred, but new grads and Clinical Fellows are welcome

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for empowering students

• Ability to work effectively within a school environment
