Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a well-supported school district in Westminster, Colorado to hire a qualified Occupational Therapist for the upcoming school year. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to work with students across a variety of grade levels, helping them build the skills necessary for classroom and life success.

As an Occupational Therapist in this school-based position, youll work with students to address challenges related to fine motor coordination, self-care, sensory integration, and access to academic tasks. Youll work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support each student's individual goals.

• Evaluate students referred for OT services and determine eligibility

• Develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

• Deliver therapy individually or in small groups

• Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state policies

• Attend IEP and team meetings to provide input on student progress and planning

• Holds an active Colorado OT license

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

• Strong collaboration and time-management skills

• Comfortable navigating a school schedule and caseload
