Soliant is looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dynamic, school-based team near La Plata, Maryland. SLPAs and CFYs are warmly encouraged to apply!
Position Details:
Full-time or part-time options
Full school year commitment
Caseload spans K-12 students
What Youll Do:
Conduct thorough assessments for communication and swallowing disorders
Design tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices
Provide therapy across speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing needs
Use varied techniques to boost articulation, comprehension, and expression
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support students
Track progress, adjust plans, and evaluate outcomes consistently
What Youll Need:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or eligible state licensure as an SLP
CCC-SLP preferred
Experience with diverse age groups and populations a big plus
Solid understanding of assessment tools and therapeutic methods
