This school-based position will focus on helping students enhance their functional abilities and develop the skills necessary for daily living and academic success through individualized therapy interventions. Qualified applicants have a degree in Occupational Therapy and active (or recently applied for) Illinois state OT certification. Full time hours available

Renewal opportunities for 2025-2026 year
Guaranteed hourly pay: $40-60 per hour
Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations to assess students' occupational performance, including fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
Develop and implement tailored occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with students, families, and the educational team.
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet goals.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing expertise on occupational therapy needs and strategies.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid Illinois OT license.
Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
