This position is set in a dynamic K-12 school environment in Philadelphia, PA, where you will provide essential speech and language services to support student development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language services. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in line with state and federal regulations. Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support within both individual and group settings. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to enhance student progress. Actively participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing student planning. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Valid Pennsylvania SLP License and ASHA CCCs; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. PDE Certification (Educational Specialist) or willingness to obtain. Previous school-based experience preferred, though not required. Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
