Job Description


An exciting opportunity awaits for dedicated Occupational Therapists looking to make a meaningful impact in a K-12 school setting. This position spans the 2025-2026 school year and involves working with students from early childhood through to high school.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Experience in healthcare settings, particularly in schools or with pediatric populations
  • Proficient in assessing and developing therapy goals for fine motor skills and ADLs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Location:

  • Bolingbrook, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct formal and informal assessments to evaluate students' needs in fine motor skills and sensory processing
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and IEP teams to create and implement individualized therapy goals
  • Maintain and document student performance and therapy session outcomes
  • Provide therapy across various grade levels, adapting techniques to meet diverse student needs
