Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming 20252026 school year.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Speech Language Pathology License in the state of North Dakota

• Must possess an active Special Education PK-12 Educator Credential

• License must be current and in good standing

• Familiarity with North Dakota school systems is a plus

• Minimum 1 year pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in delivering speech and language services in preschool settings

• Comfortable managing an itinerant schedule across multiple school sites

• Experienced in AAC, early intervention, and IEP documentation

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educational teams and families
