Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time, On-Site Lafayette, IN

Position Overview:
A school district in Lafayette, IN is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. This full-time, on-site role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with communication disorders, while working collaboratively with educators and families to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders

• Develop and implement IEPs for students with identified speech-language needs

• Provide individual and group therapy services based on student goals

• Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy as needed

• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support communication development across educational settings

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

• Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred

• Strong understanding of evidence-based intervention, IEP development, and data collection practices

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
