Job Description:
A school in Lafayette, IN is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site services to a diverse group of K12 students. This full-time role focuses on improving students communication skills through evaluation, therapy, and support integrated into the academic environment. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, organized, and committed to student growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs

• Develop individualized goals and therapy plans as part of each students IEP

• Provide direct therapy to students in both one-on-one and small group settings

• Track student progress and maintain timely documentation

• Participate in IEP meetings and work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families

• Offer classroom-based support and strategies to reinforce student development

• Maintain compliance with state and federal education standards

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathology license (IPLA)

• CCC-SLP preferred

• Familiarity with IEPs and special education documentation

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• School experience is a plus but not required
