Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Near Claytown, MI

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a licensed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district near Claytown, Michigan . This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on K-12 students by helping them improve their communication skills and access their education more effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate communication disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions

• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student success

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active Michigan SLP license through the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply

• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
