Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Near Franklin Park, MI

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site opportunity in a supportive school district near Franklin Park, Michigan . This position allows you to play a key role in helping students develop essential communication skills, ensuring they have the tools needed to thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess student needs

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals and academic standards

• Deliver direct speech services in individual and group settings

• Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Partner with educators, families, and staff to promote student progress and carry over strategies

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state policies

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Valid Michigan SLP license through the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY applicants encouraged to apply

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Prior experience in school settings is a plus, but not required
