Delaware City School District has an exciting opportunity for an aspiring educational and instructional leader.

This assistant principal will be serving students, staff at Rutherford B Hayes High School

Preferred candidates will posess:

• Demonstrated success as a classroom teacher and preferrably in an instructional leadership position
• Strong background in secondary education
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the district's dynamic leadership team
• Demonstrated skills in working with a variety of students Including special needs students and English Learners and staff to improve student achievement
• Ability to help lead staff and students to high levels of performance.
