Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) needed for the 2025-2026 school year.

• Requires completion of an SLPA program OR a bachelor's degree in communication science and disorders and ASHA education modules, OR a bachelor's degree in another field plus completion of ASHA education modules and completion of necessary coursework.
• Must pass ASHA Assistants Certification Exam.
• Provides therapy and support to individuals with communication disorders.
• Will work under the SLP's supervision, implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and preparing therapy materials.
• Documents student progress, maintains records, and reports information.
• May help administer and score screeners.

Missouri teaching certification required. Salary range: $43,000- $80,499/year + full benefits.

Additional $3,120 for teachers with National Board Certification. Speech and Language Therapists will receive $1,300 per year for CCC completion. Opportunity to move horizontally on the salary schedule up to 2x per school year. Additional opportunities for sponsorships, coaching, and professional committees.
