Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based | Watervliet, NY
Soliant is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based contract opportunity in Watervliet, NY for the 20252026 school year . This role supports a private school serving students with special needs ranging in age from 5 to 22.
Job Details:
Full-time position
Contract dates: September 2, 2025 June 26, 2026
Grades K12, ages 522
45, 30-minute therapy sessions per week
Programs include:
RAAVE Autism-focused strategies
MOVE Motor and communication support
MAAVE Combined needs
AAC modalities: PECS, voice-output devices, eye gaze technology
Feeding and dysphagia: NPO protocols, pleasure feeds, desensitization
Duties include session notes, re-evaluations, progress monitoring, and IEP reports
Training and support provided by an experienced multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New York State SLP license
TSSLD certification (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities)
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
Experience with AAC or special needs populations is a plus
