Job Description
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers a rewarding opportunity to support K-12 students in a school setting in Hensley, Arkansas. Serving during the upcoming and current school years under a contract arrangement, this role focuses on delivering speech and language services that are vital to student success.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), providing treatment, and maintaining thorough documentation to ensure consistent student progress. The position guarantees hours for both direct and indirect services, fostering a balanced and meaningful workload.
Candidates should possess a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. An active or pending Arkansas SLP license is required, or eligibility to apply for one. While previous school experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. ASHA certification is a significant advantage; however, Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. The district may have flexibility to offer part-time arrangements based on needs.
Key Qualifications:

- Active or pending Arkansas SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one
