A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school in Rochester, MI, offering a contract role for the 2025-2026 school year. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to an elementary caseload, including three students formerly receiving center-based services for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom environment.
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required.
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably within school and healthcare settings.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
- Familiarity with ASD interventions and strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students and multidisciplinary teams.
