Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A school district in Saint Charles, MO is seeking 13 full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services for students in grades K-12 during the upcoming school year. Positions are contract-based and will primarily support 2-3 different buildings, with efforts made to accommodate candidate preferences for placement. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across grades K-12 Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support student communication goals Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document progress Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with district policies and state regulations Qualifications: Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working in school settings preferred Ability to manage caseloads and work effectively with diverse student needs Strong communication and organizational skills Work Schedule and Location: Contract position for the full school year Full-time with approximately 32.5 billable hours per week Positions are onsite or hybrid (combination of onsite and remote work), with flexibility to accommodate hybrid arrangements This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development in a supportive school environment.
