This is a contract role supporting students with special needs ages 5-22 (Grades K-12) in a private school setting. : Full-time, 2025-2026 School Year Start Date: September 2, 2025 End Date: June 26, 2026 Caseload: Ages 5-22, Grades K-12 Setting: Private special needs school (two-building campus) Programs: RAAVE (Autism support) MOVE (Motor/communication needs) MAAVE (Combined support needs) AAC tools used: PECS, voice output devices, eye gaze technology Feeding/dysphagia support: Includes desensitization and oral care protocols Therapy Load: 45, 30-minute sessions per week Responsibilities: Session notes, re-evaluations, progress monitoring, quarterly/annual reports Collaborative team: SLPs, PTs, OTs, teachers, behaviorists, counselors, nurses, and more Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current New York SLP license TSSLD certification (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities) ASHA CCC-SLP preferred Experience with AAC, special needs, and pediatric populations is a plus Benefits with Soliant: Weekly paychecks Health, vision, and dental insurance (United Healthcare) 401(k) with matching Dedicated recruiter support throughout the assignment Hourly Pay Range: Competitive and based on experience For more information or to apply, contact: Charles Henderson
