Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team! As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assist students in improving their speech and language skills in an educational setting. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of speech and language therapy plans as developed by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Conduct speech and language screenings as directed and document student progress.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions focusing on speech sound production, language development, fluency, voice, and communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or equivalent credentials.
• Prior experience working with students, especially in a school or clinical setting, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, parents, and school staff.
