A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year at a K-12 educational setting in Ann Arbor, MI. This role involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to students across all grade levels, fostering improved communication skills and supporting academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Document and report on student performance in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid license to practice as an SLP in the state of Michigan
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop tailored intervention plans and maintain accurate records
