Job Description
This opportunity is for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a strong background in pediatrics and school-based settings. The role supports K-12 students within a dynamic educational environment, providing vital therapeutic interventions to help students achieve communication success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 15 students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with educational standards
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
- Provide onsite therapy services during scheduled hours, ensuring consistent and engaged care
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in pediatric healthcare and school-based SLP settings
- Knowledge of K-12 speech and language developmental milestones and intervention strategies
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively within a part-time schedule
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
