Pediatric School Speech Therapist

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to serve K-12 students during the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position offers guaranteed hours and the ability to provide essential speech and language services within a school setting. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Eligibility or licensure as an SLP in Wisconsin Valid Wisconsin DPI license for school-based speech-language services Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Strong communication and organizational skills Location: Sparta, Wisconsin Benefits: Guaranteed hours throughout the contract duration Availability of health, dental, and vision insurance plans This role is ideal for licensed SLP professionals interested in working within a school environment to support student communication development during the academic year.
