• Lead comprehensive assessments and student evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans

• Develop, write, and regularly update IEPs, ensuring compliance and meaningful progress tracking

• Actively participate in collaborative team meetings, advocating for student needs and supporting multidisciplinary planning

• Deliver high-quality, personalized therapy sessions tailored to each students unique communication goals
