Position Overview:

We seek compassionate and skilled School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team supporting district partners in Aurora, CO, for the upcoming school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students achieve their communication goals in a nurturing educational environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting

Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation, including reports and progress notes

Participate in IEP and team meetings

Uphold professional standards and comply with district and state regulations

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university

Active Colorado state licensure/DOE certification or eligibility to obtain licensure

Experience working with school-aged children preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Passion for supporting students' educational and developmental growth
