Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to support student success and participate in multidisciplinary planning
Maintain documentation of services provided, student progress, and communications with team members
Work with special education teams, teachers, school nurses, occupational therapists, and other staff to achieve goals.
Develop individualized physical therapy plans to support IEP goals.
Position Details
Part time - 10.5 hours
W2 Contract
Job Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required
School-based experience preferred
