Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - West Bend, Wisconsin

This role involves working with a diverse K-8 student population, focusing on providing tailored speech and language interventions.

Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
• Proficient with AAC devices and their integration in therapy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to implement a child-centered, hands-on learning approach

Location: West Bend, WI

Responsibilities:

• Assess and address the speech and language needs of 34 students using individualized strategies
• Collaborate with educators and other specialists to support students overall development
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Utilize a dedicated Speech Therapy room and resources to enhance therapy delivery
• Develop and implement appropriate IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) in conjunction with teaching staff
