Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual speech and language assessments to pinpoint student needs.

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique goals.

• Lead dynamic teletherapy sessions in both one-on-one and group settings that inspire progress.

• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to support student success.

• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans with data-driven insights.

• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expert clinical recommendations to guide team decisions.

What Were Looking For

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Valid West Virginia SLP license .

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

• Preferred: At least two years of school-based experience.

• Comfortable and confident using digital platforms to deliver virtual therapy.

• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Technology Requirements

• Reliable, high-speed internet connection.

• Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).

• Successful completion of a quick technical screening to ensure platform compatibility.
