A K-12 occupational therapist opportunity is available for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year in Detroit, MI. This contract position offers approximately 14 hours per week, serving students district-wide across four school sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students K-12 to support their educational and developmental goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and track progress
- Provide recommendations and interventions tailored to diverse student populations across multiple school sites
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district regulations
Qualifications:
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
