Position Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in the Lowell, OR area. This role supports a K12 caseload of approximately 3040 students. The ideal candidate is self-directed, organized, and confident managing their own schedule and coordinating IEP meetings independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students across grade levels

• Conduct evaluations and write formal assessment reports

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Coordinate and lead IEP meetings with families and staff

• Maintain compliance with school, district, and state documentation standards

• Collaborate with educators, service providers, and families

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active or pending Oregon SLP license

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates welcome

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
