This full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position, available for the 2025-2026 school year, offers a rewarding opportunity to support students in a K-12 educational setting. Based in the Lebanon/Stayton, OR area, this role spans from August 21, 2025, through June 9, 2026, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grades
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student communication goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working as an SLP in a school setting
- Strong understanding of K-12 speech and language development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
