PT Duties:

• Collaborate with Special Education staff and parents for IEP meetings
• Maintain detailed documentation and IEP notes
• Conduct progress reports, assessments, and evaluations

PT Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License required
• School-based experience preferred
