A local school district near Honeygo, MD is seeking a passionate Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. This role provides the opportunity to support K12 students with diverse communication needs within a flexible, collaborative, and supportive environment.

• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals tailored to student needs

• Provide speech therapy services in individual, small group, and classroom settings

• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to enhance student communication and participation

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student growth

• Schedule: Full-Time

• Caseload: Pre-K through 21 years, serving students with mild to severe disabilities

• Certifications: Maryland SLP License and ASHA Certification required

• Start Date: New School Year
