A student-centered school district near Lecompton, Kansas , is actively hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role beginning in the new school year (NSY) . This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team and make a direct impact on students development in a supportive and flexible work environment.

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in both individual and group settings

• Address student needs in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and participation in classroom activities

• Develop and implement IEP-aligned therapy goals based on evaluations and student needs

• Work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

• Offer training and strategies to teachers and staff to foster inclusive learning environments

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

• Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week

• Caseload: Approximately 75 students across multiple K12 schools

• Start Date: New School Year (NSY)

• Licensure Requirement: Active Kansas OT license or certification
