Sunbelt Staffing is excited to partner with a student-focused school district near Modesto, California, to recruit a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based role during the 20252026 academic year. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time speech and language therapy services to K12 students

• Address a variety of communication disorders such as articulation, fluency, expressive and receptive language, and voice issues

• Work closely with teachers, families, and IEP teams to support individualized student needs

• Actively engage in IEP meetings by offering clinical insights and monitoring student progress

• Deliver in-person therapy services at a school near Modesto, CA

• Caseload and placement specifics will be discussed during the interview

Qualifications:

• Current or eligible California SLP or SLPA license

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

• Commitment to supporting students academic and social growth

• Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required
