Location: Deerfield, KS Area

A school district near Deerfield, KS is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team-oriented and student-centered staff. This full-time position offers flexibility, benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students development and academic success.

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in individual or group settings

• Address key skill areas such as fine motor coordination, sensory processing, self-care, and access to the learning environment

• Develop and implement therapy goals aligned with each students Individualized Education Program (IEP)

• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams

• Offer training and strategies to school personnel to improve student engagement and participation

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

• Caseload: Approximately 75 students across multiple K12 school buildings

• Start Date: Beginning of the new school year

• Requirements: Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Kansas
