Part-Time School-Based Physical Therapist - Grayson, Louisiana

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a skilled Physical Therapist to support K-12 students in a school setting for the 2025-2026 academic year. Providing essential therapeutic services, you will help students develop physical capabilities that enhance their learning and daily activities. Location: Grayson, Louisiana Position: Part-Time Physical Therapist Schedule: 2 days per week, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Duration: Full school year (2025-2026) Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and provide therapeutic services to students with physical disabilities or challenges. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and document outcomes in compliance with school guidelines. Utilize evidence-based practices to foster student mobility, strength, and functional independence. Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with the school team to support student success. Qualifications: Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Valid Louisiana state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively within an educational environment.
