Speech Language Pathologist
AB Staffing is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist that is available for the 2025/2026 school year.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar program.
National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services.
Must be able to obtain, and hold, a valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Certs: (AHA) BLS required.
Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting a plus.
Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must have the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; and the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; May include frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to approximately 25 pounds and occasional lifting of equipment and/or materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds may be required.

Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports.
Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
Salary:
$2,600.00 to $3,000.00 per week DOE and location
