Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist - School-Based Role in Milpitas, CA Now Hiring for the 2025-2026 School Year Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Applicants Welcome Location: Milpitas, California Soliant is partnering with a school district in Milpitas to bring on a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 academic year . This in-person position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with students and collaborating with school teams to create positive outcomes through speech and language support. Position Overview: Monday-Friday schedule On-site services required Serving K-12 students Caseload of approximately 55-60 students Full range of disabilities and speech/language needs Start Date: Fall 2025 Flexible consideration for part-time availability Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Deliver direct therapy and support across various age groups Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions Provide consultative support to staff and families Track student progress and maintain accurate records Qualifications: Active California SLP License (required) Prior school experience preferred Must pass a federal background check Knowledge of special education procedures and best practices Strong written/verbal communication and collaboration skills Enthusiasm for helping students achieve their communication goals Soliant Employee Benefits: Highly competitive hourly rate - starting at $65/hour, based on experience Full suite of benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)) Travel stipends available for qualifying applicants Weekly pay and guaranteed hours Access to recruiter support throughout your contract Ready to Apply?
