As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll support students in developing vital communication skills that impact both academic and personal success. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services tailored to each student's needs. You'll participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain detailed documentation of student progress. This role plays a key part in helping students overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential in the classroom and beyond. To be eligible for this position in Florida, applicants must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution. Candidates must also hold a valid Florida SLP license issued by the Florida Department of Health. Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply. Applicants must meet all district and state-level requirements for school-based service providers.
