School-Based Physical Therapist - Quincy, MA

A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide essential services within a school setting during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This role involves delivering in-person therapy to support students physical development and functional mobility needs.

Location: Quincy, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of students physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educational staff to support student goals and accommodations.
• Provide direct physical therapy interventions during the ESY program.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and school regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
• Experience working in a school setting, preferably during ESY.
