A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based therapy services. This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, with additional duties in San Jose, CA, requiring a commitment of two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress documentation for school-aged children.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student development and learning.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's specific needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
