School Speech Language Pathologist SLP Baldwinsville New York

A 24/25 contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services in a K-12 educational setting located in East Syracuse, New York. This role involves working with a diverse caseload of students across kindergarten through 12th grade, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet individual communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify areas of need.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide services within the school environment, adapting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible, or certified as an SLP working in school settings.
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Eligible and prepared to begin services in the 2024-2025 school year.
