School Speech and Language Pathologist

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with certification to provide services for the 2025-2026 school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Cypress, TX. This contract role focuses on servicing an elementary caseload ranging from early childhood special education/pre-kindergarten through 5th grade. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to students within a caseload of approximately 45-50 elementary-aged children Collaborate with two other onsite Speech-Language Pathologists to coordinate assessments, treatment plans, and progress monitoring Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to student needs Document session notes and student progress in accordance with school and state requirements Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status Experience providing speech-language therapy to early childhood through elementary-aged students Strong organizational skills to manage a full caseload effectively Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and families Work Schedule and Location: Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week Position based in Cypress, Texas This assignment offers an opportunity to work within a supportive team environment focused on providing quality speech-language services to young learners.
