Position Overview:
As an OT, you will evaluate student abilities, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy that helps students participate successfully in classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals

  • Address fine motor coordination, sensory integration, and adaptive functioning

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning and progress reviews

  • Maintain thorough documentation to comply with district and state requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Active New Jersey Occupational Therapy License

  • NJ DOE Educational Services Certificate with OT endorsement

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time, onsite

  • Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

  • Caseload: K12 (assignments vary based on district needs)
