An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential support in an educational setting. This position focuses on serving high school students with moderate to severe disabilities, ensuring they receive the communication assistance needed for their academic success and personal development.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
• Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Previous work with mild/moderate and moderate/severe disabilities

Location:

• Anaheim, CA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress made
